Once you have received your return authorization number, please securely package the item and include the original packaging and any accessories that came with it. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If the item is deemed to be in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for a refund. These include personalized or customized items, as well as items that have been worn or damaged after delivery.

For international orders, please be aware that any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
